ROLES & COMMITMENTS:

Client: Committed to dedicating time and effort to improving skills that will make a difference.

Coach: Guide and support the client with practical techniques and situations where Skill Development will be realized.

PROCESS OVERVIEW



- Identify Critical Impact Area and establish what Key Skills will bring an immediate effect to your Key Performance Indicators.

- You will create Goals that will identify the Key Skills you will commit to during the 4 week development Learning Sprints.

- The identified Key Skills will be broken down into specific techniques - that can be assessed and measured.

- Time spent working towards your Goals are entered daily in the online Skills Development Log. For each Key Skill, you will enter the original estimated hours needed, actual hours used and hours remaining to complete your Goal. This information must be updated at the end of every day so that your Coach can determine if your development progress is progessing as required.

- Weekly Development Sessions last 90 minutes and are usually held at the clients premises or at a centrally agreed location.

- Regular attendance and punctuality to Development Sessions are essential.

- Between each Development Session is pre-arranged Progress Discussions conducted by phone to determine how your are progressing.

The Progress Discussions phone call lasts no longer than 15 minutes, and 3 questions are asked:

- What have you accomplished since our last Development Session?

- What will you do before the next Development Session?

- Is there anything that is preventing your progress towards your Development Goals (strategies and solutions are discussed)?

Following the 4 week Learning Sprint is a Retrospective, where you discuss with your Development Coach and document things that went well and things that can be improved upon in the next Learning Sprint.
